Our property management income grew by 7 per cent and our loan-to-value ratio improved, and now stands at 54.6 per cent. As part of our urban development strategy, we have adopted the ambition to obtain environmental certification for all our properties.· Rental income increase was 5 per cent and totals SEK 1 330 million (1 263) · Property management income increase was 7 per cent and totals SEK 669 million (625) · Unrealized changes in property values amounted to SEK 327 million (335) and for derivatives to SEK 16 million (21) · Profit after tax was SEK 890 million (773)
