At the AGM of John Mattson Fastighetsföretagen AB (publ) (“John Mattson” or “the Company”) held on 21 April 2020, Johan Ljungberg was elected as the new Chairman of the Board, the annual accounts for 2019 were adopted and the Board members and CEO were discharged from liability for the 2019 financial year.The AGM resolved not to distribute a dividend for the 2019 financial year and that the funds available for appropriation by the AGM, approximately SEK 1,234 million, be carried forward. The AGM resolved that the Board comprise five full Board members until the close of the next AGM.

Vattenfall’s Board of Directors changes dividend proposal

The Riksbank decided on 19 March to offer loans to banks in US dollars (USD) against collateral. Three auctions have taken place, on 26 March, 2 April and 16 April. The fourth auction is for USD 10 billion with a maturity of 3 months and will be held on Thursday 23 April, starting at 1400 hours.
