Peikko Group Corporation has purchased the structural engineering company ASD Konstrukcijos in the city of Vilnius, Lithuania. ASD Konstrukcijos has a team of six structural designers. Peikko plans to utilize the team as a platform to build a larger engineering team in Vilnius to serve Peikko’s project sales. Peikko has co-operated with ASD Konstrukcijos for already many years. Peab builds senior housing in Norway

Peab has been commissioned to build Alta Senior Living in northern Norway. The customer is Alta Municipality and the contract is worth NOK 591 million.The project includes 60 assisted living homes, 108 nursing home accommodations, office space and doctors’ offices. Five buildings will house a total building area of 24,000 m2. This is a turnkey contract in partnership and work on it has already begun.
