Q1-2017 report Axactor AB

Enclosed is the consolidated Q1-2017 Financial Report for Axactor AB. Axactor AB had a revenue of EUR 19.7 million for first quarter 2017. This represents a 615% growth compared to same quarter last year. EBITDA is positive for the first time with EUR 1.0 million and cash EBITDA is positive with EUR 3.9 million. Implementation of Insplorion sensor in AGM batteries successful

Insplorion initiated a collaboration with AGM Batteries funded by an American power component company in September last year. The objectives were to develop battery cells with commercial manufacturing methods with integrated Insplorion sensors. The tests focusing on manufacturing methods, evaluation of fibre type and size as well as battery performance has proven successful.Over 20 cells with different fibres, sizes, positioning and mounting methodologies has been manufactured during the project. Axactor increases existing loan facilities

Oslo 8 May 2017 - On May 5,  2017 the 4th tranche under the Recurring Credit Facility which Axactor has with DNB Bank ASA and Nordea Bank AS was made available to the company. Simultaneously the tranche was increased to EUR 45 million thereby increasing the available amount under the facility from EUR 100 million to EUR 120 million.  Furthermore NPL credit lines from regional banks in Italy have been increased to a total of EUR 55 million, and increase of EUR 25 million since the acquisition of CS Union. Sales development in April 2017

H&M group sales including VAT increased by 7 percent in local currencies in April 2017 compared to the same month the previous year. The total number of stores in the group amounted to 4,474 on 30 April 2017 compared to 4,035 stores on 30 April 2016.
