The Swedish Competition Authority has today decided to permit Cloetta’s acquisition of Candyking. Closing of the acquisition is estimated to occur at the turn of April and May.On 17 February 2017, Cloetta announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Candyking Holding AB (”Candyking”). Region Skåne and Malmö city say yes to electric buses

Yesterday, the final political decisions were taken on comprehensive solutions for switching to electric buses on routes 3 and 7 in Malmö, Sweden. The decisions set in place conditions for Skånetrafiken and Nobina to reach agreement regarding the transition to electric buses.The public transport board in Region Skåne estimates the annual costs for both of the bus routes at approximately SEK 90 million.
