Auto Insurance Customer Satisfaction at Historic High; Cost Remains Top Concern
CHICAGO- According to a recently released J.D. Power auto insurance study, the overall experience rating by auto insurance customers improved in 2017 to 819 on a 1,000-point scale—a historically high level.
