Lifco acquires the German company Rissmann Dental

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire Rissmann Dental  that is offering dental prosthetics to dentists in Germany. In 2019, the acquired operations reported net sales of approximately 4.1 MEUR. The business has about 50 employees and Rissmann Dental will be consolidated in Business Area Dental.
