Railcare's Lokverkstad has been commissioned to Nordic-adapt five Traxx locomotives for the leasing company Beacon Rail. The project is worth approximately SEK 12 million and will be carried out during the first two quarters of 2023.The project involves an overall solution where Railcare will install the safety system, ATC2, and modify the locomotives for Nordic conditions, as well as manage the approval process with the European Union's Railway Agency, ERA.
