Anna Sörelius Nordenborg appointed new CEO of Internationella Engelska Skolan

The board of directors has appointed Anna Sörelius Nordenborg as the new President and CEO of Internationella Engelska Skolan i Sverige Holdings II AB (IES or Internationella Engelska Skolan). Calmark announces outcome of warrant exercise

During the period 23 May – 13 June 2019, holders of subscription warrants for Series TO 1 B in Calmark Sweden AB (publ) ("Calmark) have been entitled to subscribe for shares with warrants. A total of 2 487 202 Series TO 1 B subscription warrants were exercised, corresponding to 2 487 202 B shares and an overall exercise rate of approximately 83 percent. Calmark will thus receive approximately MSEK 13.4 in proceeds from the warrant exercises, before transaction costs of approximately MSEK 0.9. Sedermera Fondkommission has acted as financial advisor in connection with the exercise period.

Norway Royal Salmon ASA: Distribution of dividend

Peab builds apartments and terraced houses in Norway

Peab has been commissioned to build 60 apartments and 28 terraced houses in Billingstad in Asker just west of Oslo. The customer is Bergerveien 24 and the contract is worth NOK 235 million.The project has been designed by Arcasa arkitekter. Peab will build a total of around 5,200 m2 of apartments, 3,500 m2 terraced houses and a 3,600 m2 basement parking garage.
