Today, Serneke and Castellum agreed to settle the remaining purchase consideration in the Säve transaction that the companies carried out one year ago. Further to today’s announcement from the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (the “FSA”), DNB ASA has received minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (the “MREL requirement”).
