Carbiotix AB ("Carbiotix" or "Company") today announces that the new shares from the exercise of warrants of series TO 3 have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.On 19 June 2024, the exercise period for warrants of series TO 3, which were issued in connection with Carbiotix’s rights issue of units earlier in 2024, ended.
