Barbour unveils its William Morris print range.
“Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful,” declared textile designer and decorative visionary William Morris, whose 19th century floral prints make their clothing debut in Barbour’s Autumn Winter 12 ladies Lifestyle collection. The range, which will be available worldwide from August this year, features two patterns from Morris & Co’s extensive archives. Marigold, was designed by Morris in 1875 at a time when his designs were becoming more intricate, full of fluidity and movement. It was one of the few designs he produced for both
