Skanska invests in land in Mölndal, Sweden, for about SEK 280M

Skanska has signed a contract with Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter for the acquisition of four properties in Mölndal, Sweden, with about 350 building rights for housing in total. The property value amounts to about SEK 280M.The properties are part of the Pedagogen Park development area in the city of Mölndal, which will consist of around 1,000 new homes. First quarter ·  Gross order intake amounted to SEK 2,738 M (2,662), an increase of 3 percent in SEK and unchanged based on constant exchange rates. ·  Net sales was SEK 2,169 M (1,882), an increase of 15 percent in SEK and 12 percent based on constant exchange rates. ·  Adjusted EBITA* amounted to SEK 187 M (166). No items affecting comparability were reported (SEK -89 M). Second quarter report 2017

· Net sales increased by 8 percent to MSEK 1,621.8 (1,503.5), and by 6 percent at constant exchange rates. All countries contributed to the increase. · Adjusted operating income* declined to MSEK 70.0 (74.3), corresponding to a margin of 4.3 (4.9) percent. Skanska extends county road in Nord Trøndelag, Norway, for NOK 360M, about SEK 380 million

Skanska has signed a contract with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration to extend county road 17 in Nord-Trøndelag, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 360M, about SEK 380 M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the third quarter 2017.The contract relates to the route Dyrstad - Sprova - Malm. In total, 5.4 kilometers of new road will be built, of which 1.6 kilometers in tunnels. The Strømnes tunnel and the Holmvik tunnel are 1,000 meters and 600 meters respectively. In addition, two bridges will be built, Holmviksbron, about 42 meters, and Eldbron, about 27 meters.
