Duni Group informs that Mellby Gård AB has passed the threshold for a mandatory offer

Duni AB's (publ) ("Duni Group") main owner Mellby Gård AB ("Mellby Gård") has announced that it has acquired shares in Duni Group and that Mellby Gård thereafter owns a total of 14,100,500 shares in Duni Duni Group, corresponding to 30.00 percent of the shares and votes. Thereby, the threshold for a mandatory offer in accordance with the Swedish Takeovers Act has been exceeded.
