Lifco  has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of British UK POS . The company is a leading provider of visual display solutions that are sold directly to various customer segments in the UK. In 2018, the acquired operation reported net sales of approximately 12 MGBP. The business is located in Manchester and employs about 60 employees.
