• Profit for the period after tax amounted to SEK 595.9 million (376.6). Skanska to expand Forum Nacka for approximately SEK 1 billion

Skanska will expand the shopping center facility Forum Nacka in southeastern Stockholm. Two contracts valued at a total of SEK 979 million are included in order bookings for the third quarter of 2005.The shopping center owner Rodamco Europe Nordic has awarded Skanska the contract to expand the center. The construction contract amounts to SEK 700 M. In addition, apartments will be built for HSB in a contract valued at SEK 279 M. SCA to implement extensive efficiency enhancement program

With the aim of strengthening conditions to regain a favourable profitability SCA has decided to implement an extensive efficiency enhancement program. Framfab Boosts Revenue and Doubles Profit- prepared in accordance with IFRS # Net revenue for January-June was SEK 205.7 million (169.9), an increase of 21% from the same period of 2004. Lagercrantz Group’s Board of Directors decides on repurchase of own shares

The Board of Directors of Lagercrantz Group AB has today decided to exercise the authorisation obtained from the Annual General Meeting held 24 August 2005 to repurchase shares in the Company during the period until the next following regularly scheduled Annual General Meeting.
