As announced on 11 February, the Board of East Capital Explorer (“ECEX”) intends to call an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of shareholders to resolve on a termination of the Investment Agreement between East Capital and the company. Today, on 1 March 2016, Apetit Plc announced that it would be making changes to its business structure in order to reinforce the implementation and follow-up of the new strategy.
