Bonnierhuset inaugurates Torsgatan 21 – a new restaurant and delicatessen in a historic building
Torsgatan 21 – restaurant and delicatessen – with an interior design that seeks to preserve the original feel of the building while creating a modern meeting place in Vasastan.Bonnierhuset, the Bonnier Building, was designed in the 1930s by Ivar and Anders Tengbom and was the first concrete high-rise to be built in Stockholm after the Second World War. The design studio at Tengbom has developed the concept for Torsgatan 21. The decor in the new restaurant captures the feel of the old printing works with materials such as metal – stainless steel and zinc – black colours and untreated steel.
