Stille AB: Interim Report Q3 2022

Stille AB (publ) publishes the interim report for the third quarter of 2022. ”The first three quarters of this year has displayed significant growth coupled with solid profitability. The third quarter continued the positive trend achieved during previous quarters this year”, says Hanna Ernestam Wilkman, Stille’s CEO.Revenues increased by 17 percent to 59.6 MSEK (51.1). Operating profit increased by 32 percent to 7.2 MSEK (5.5). Positive currency effects of 2.7 MSEK affected the result after financial items. Revenues for Surgical Instruments increased by six percent to 30.1 MSEK (28.4).

Redundancy negotiations at Rottneros Mill finalized

The decision to shut down the groundwood pulp line for printing paper at Rottneros Mill, led to a notice to reduce the number of employees by 40 people. The negotiations are finalized and 35 people will be made redundant. Nordic Mining: Successful placement of USD 100 million senior secured bond

Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Nordic Rutile AS (the "Issuer") has successfully issued USD 100 million in a new 5-year senior secured bond (the “Bond”). The Bond has fixed coupon of 12.5% per annum and an issue price of 90%.
