For the second time in a week SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge is to lower its interest rates on home mortgages, this time by up to 0.50 percentage points for both new and existing customers. During the past week the bank has also granted more than 2000 applications for postponement of installments.    In less than a week the interest rates on home mortgages has been lowered with up to 0.85 percentage points.
