Pamica sells Somna AB.
Pamica AB, together with its co-investors, has signed an agreement with MedCap (publ) AB through its subsidiary Abilia to sell all shares in Somna AB. It is the first sale in Pamica’s first fund after a holding period of just under three years.During the time that Pamica owned Somna, it has developed into a company with a flexible and efficient organization under continued stable and high profitability.
