Karriärföretagen highlight Sweden's most attractive employers, so-called Karriärföretag, and are a recognition for companies that offer unique career and development opportunities.Before an appointment can be considered, a review and score assessment of each company is carried out. Those who meet all the basic criteria are reviewed by a panel of experts who, among other things, score career pages on websites, social media and activities. The employers who receive the highest score are then assessed by a jury, which selects the final winners, who can call themselves Karriärföretag.
