NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a contract in Sweden - SEK 134 million

The Swedish Transport Administration has appointed NRC Sverige AB, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for catenary work on the railway connection between Kville and Uddevalla. The contract is valued at approximately SEK 134 million, and will involve rail services such as electro and groundwork. The work will commence in January 2023 and is scheduled for completion in April 2024. In the Dometic Q3 2022 interim report published October 26, 2022, there was a calculation error in the consolidated statement of cash flow relating to the net cash flow from financing. Cash flow for the third calendar quarter 2022 has been corrected from SEK 387 m to SEK 488 m. The corrections do not have any impact on Cash and cash equivalents at the end of the period, nor on the cash flow statements for the first nine months 2022.   The consolidated statement of cash flow for the Group have been corrected in the Q3 2022 report available on dometicgroup.com/investors.
