Wihlborgs has signed agreements with three tenants for a total of 4,200 square metres at the Nya Vattentornet 4 (“Cube”) property at Ideon. One of the new tenants is MAX IV (Lund University), which moves in on 1 October.The activities of the MAX IV national laboratory are expanding and thus so is their need for office space. Lund University is therefore renting 1,000 square metres in Cube on behalf of MAX IV, primarily for support functions and also for remote research and monitoring.
