SLP acquires four properties in prime logistics locations to a value of 455 MSEK
Swedish Logistic Property (SLP) has today acquired and taken possession of four properties with a total lettable area of 48,610 sqm. The agreed property value amounts to 455 MSEK and the annual rent amounts to 30.2 MSEK. Two properties are located in Malmö, one in Helsingborg and one in Jönköping, all with development potential."We are very happy to have been able to do this transaction because the properties are located in strategic logistics locations where we are already strong and would like to grow further. Each winner offered a different carbon storage solution at the final event.The Nordic energy company Gasum launched the GasumHackathon innovation competition last January together with BioEconomy Business Accelerator BioPaavo by JAMK University of Applied Sciences and growth company consultancy Kasvu Open.
