Skanska has signed an agreement with Obos to build 168 apartments in Oslo, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 344 M, about SEK 370 M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the third quarter 2019.The project is part of a major transformation of the Ulven district in Oslo. The 168 apartments will be erected in two buildings, five and 14 storeys high, with a total gross area of 16,600 square meters.
