NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a contract in Finland - EUR 3.4 million

The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency has appointed NRC Finland Oy, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for track related work in Riihimäki in Finland. The contract is valued at approximately EUR 3.4 million, and will involve rail services such as track and groundwork. The work will commence in August 2019, and the project is scheduled for completion in December 2019. Following the acquisition, Geveran will own 41,225,233 shares in Axactor which will constitute 26.53% of the shares and votes in Axactor. European gold agreement will not be renewed

The European Central Bank (ECB) and 21 other European central banks, including the Riksbank, have jointly decided not to renew the Central Bank Gold Agreement (CBGA) upon its expiry in September 2019. The first agreement was signed in 1999 to coordinate planned gold sales by the various central banks. Since then, the agreement has been renewed three times: in 2004, in 2009 and most recently in 2014. The current agreement expires on 26 September 2019.
