AAK issues bond for a total of SEK 1.1 billion

AAK AB has issued a senior unsecured bond for a total of SEK 1.1 billion with a tenor of three years. The bond carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR plus 105 basis points. The transaction generated strong investor demand and was oversubscribed. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to broaden AAK’s funding base and for general corporate purposes. Gunnebo Closes the Divestment of its Business in France, Belgium and Luxembourg

The divestment of Gunnebo’s businesses in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, announced on July 17 2018, has now been approved by the relevant works councils and antitrust authorities. Following the approvals, Gunnebo closes the divestment as of today. The buyer is the global private equity firm OpenGate Capital.
