The City of Malmö's Property and Streets Office has commissioned Rejlers to design the reconstruction and expansion of the infrastructure in Västra Hamnen, in order to support the continued expansion of the Citadellsfogen district.Citadellsfogen is a seven-hectare area that forms the southwest entrance of Västra Hamnen. The area is planned to be developed into a dense and mixed district with housing, offices, preschool, parking garages and downtown activities.
