Investment AB Latour (publ) (“Latour”) has resolved to increase the framework of the company’s existing MTN programme from SEK 12 billion to SEK 15 billion or the equivalent in EUR. Latour has also prepared an updated base prospectus for the MTN-Programme that today has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) and been published on Latour’s web page. Latour established a programme for issuance of bonds, so called Medium Term Note programme, on February 19, 2018. MTN may be issued in SEK or EUR with varying tenors, but at least one (1) year.
