Peab builds office building in Västerås

Peab has been commissioned to build an office building in Västerås. The customer is Bostads AB Mimer and the contract is worth SEK 275 million.An existing building will be converted and extended to create the office building which will contain five floors and a basement. The building will be around 22,000 m2 in total. This is a partnering turnkey project. Construction is planned to start in May 2017 and the project is expected to be completed in March 2019. Outokumpu supplies stainless steel for China Resources’ innovative skyscraper in Shenzhen

Outokumpu OyjPress releaseMay 3, 2017 at 10.00 am EET   Outokumpu has provided 1,000 metric tonnes of Supra 316L/4404 stainless steel for the China Resources Group headquarters in mainland China. This 392.5-meter-tall skyscraper is currently under construction and set for completion in 2018. The stainless steel was delivered as Deco Linen finished sheets. The innovative new building designed by KPF architects employs stainless steel in 56 external columns that support its glass facade, creating an iconic form without the need for internal columns to break up open floor plans.

3 May 2017 - Under Kvaerner's variable pay programme for executives for 2016, 50 percent of the earnings is deferred for three years and paid-out along with a restricted share programme element provided the executive is employed by the company at the time of payment.
