Jefast signs 15 year lease agreement with Nordic Wellness

Another lease agreement has been signed at Jefast’s ongoing project at Kv Holland 25 ”Söderpunkten” in Helsingborg. -       Our goal is to create a city center with activity from early morning to late evenings – Nordic Wellness fits perfectly with our vision, says Cassandra Jertshagen, Business Developer at Jefast. Nordic Wellness is on of Sweden’s largest fitness chains with more than 135 locations from north to south. A 15-year lease agreement with a total of 1,500 square meters has been signed.
