Cxense ASA - Announcement of compulsory acquisition of shares

Piano Software B.V. ("Piano") announces that it today has resolved and carried out a compulsory acquisition of all the shares in Cxense ASA ("Cxense") owned by shareholders other than Piano, pursuant to section 4-25 of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act, cf. section 6-22 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
