NCC to build office and hotel in Malmö for SEK 270 million

NCC has been commissioned by Skandia Fastigheter Öresund AB to redevelop the Davida 16 block in Malmö. The entire block will be refurbished into new offices for the Public Employment Service and a Choice hotel containing 225 rooms in 13 stories. The order is worth SEK 270 million.The property, which previously housed the Malmö Concert Hall and a hotel and office premises, will undergo a total interior refurbishment.
