Opus Inspection signs agreement to acquire U.S. Emission Test Equipment business from Bosch

Today, Opus Inspection has signed an agreement to acquire the U.S. based emission test equipment business from Bosch Automotive Service Solutions, Inc.  The acquired business activities include sales and service of emission test equipment in California, Pennsylvania and North Carolina at over 5,000 active customers that are new to Opus. In 2015, the business generated over USD 5 million in revenues.  Operating profit margins over the past three years varied between 10 – 15 percent.Opus Inspection expects to close the transaction on December 1, 2016. SAS finances five Airbus A320neo aircraft through Sale and leaseback

SAS has today secured financing of five Airbus A320neo through the signing of a Sale and leaseback agreement with Jackson Square Aviation LLC. The aircraft will be delivered between 2016 and 2018. The agreement means that SAS, at the time of delivery for respective aircraft, will sell the aircraft to Jackson Square Aviation LLC and then lease it back during a long term lease period. Through this agreement, SAS has until now agreed on financing of seven Airbus A320neo of the order of 30 aircraft.
