Nolato completes acquisition of Treff AG

Nolato has completed its acquisition of Swiss company Treff AG. The final purchase price for the company is SEK 418 million. Treff’s sales for 2016 are estimated at just over SEK 450 million, with an EBITDA margin of around 11.5%. The EBITDA multiple is approximately 7.5 – 8.0 times. The company will be consolidated from 3 October. Around two-thirds of Nolato Treff’s operations will be reported within Nolato Industrial, and one-third within Nolato Medical.
