Securitas has agreed to acquire the electronic security company Infratek Security Solutions AS in Norway. The company has annual sales of approximately MSEK 200 (MEUR 21).Infratek Security Solutions is delivering technical security solutions to corporations in Norway and a minor part in Sweden.
