Peptonic Medical’s rights issue heavily oversubscribed

TVO issued a EUR 400 million bond

Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) has issued a new EUR 400 million bond.The six-year bond was issued under TVO's EMTN programme. Application has been made for the bond to be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The reoffer yield of the bond is equivalent to 6-year Euro midswap rate of 0.566% +1.60%. The coupon is 2.000% and issue price is 99.075%.
