Teesside University academics join prestigious network of emerging leaders
Two academics from Teesside University have been appointed to the UK Young Academy, a national network comprising talented researchers, innovators and industry professionals.The UK Young Academy (UKYA) identifies, connects and develops early-career professionals who are committed to making a real difference to the world and addressing societal issues through their work. Professor Antonia Liguori and Dr Imrose Muhit from Teesside University are among the 32 newest members of the network, joining representatives from a wide range of sectors including policy, education and archaeology.
