Loomis chairman of the board exposed to falsified bankruptcy application

On July 10, 2017, Alf Göransson, chairman of the board, was declared bankrupt by the Stockholm District Court, without any contact before the decision. As a consequence, Alf Göransson has been deregistered as the company’s chairman of the board in accordance with formal procedures of the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The decision by the Stockholm District Court is based on a falsified application, where Alf Göransson is requesting himself in bankruptcy. Wood products company Setra reports an operating profit of SEK 90 million (76) for the first half of 2017. Net sales totalled SEK 2,082 million (2,188).
