Arctic Gold has been notified today that the proposed Planprogram will be processed at a new meeting later this fall after the Fylkesman has reviewed the case again to determine whether any vested interest was involved and if any factual error was committed when the proposal was rejected at the first meeting.- I understand that all factual handling of the case must be taken into account, but at the same time it is of course frustrating that the processing has to be moved to a later time, says CEO Lars-Åke Claesson in a comment about todays decision by the municipal government of Kautokeino.

The mineral resource in Bidjovagge has been increased by 35% through a recent study by Outotec (Finland) Oy after the drilling in 2011.  The results show a 2.06 million ton indicated mineral resource with 1.60 g/t gold (2.23 g/t “uncut”) and 1.15% copper as well as 240,000 ton inferred mineral resource with 2.6 g/t gold (2.6 g/t “uncut”) and 0.9% copper.  This mineral resource refers to in situ resources in the bedrock at a cut off of 2.0 g/t gold equivalent (Aueq=Au+2.1*Cu bases on a gold price of 950 Us$/tr oz and a copper price of 5,500 Us$/t).The update carried out by Outotec (Finland)

Arctic Gold has now received all of the analyses from the drilling in Bidjovagge this summer and autumn. Among the latest analyses received is one sample with 17.1 g/ton gold over 1.08 m. The Board of directors in Arctic Gold have resolved to issue 3 000 000 shares to a limited number of investors. The issue price is 3,5 SEK per share and will raise SEK 10,5m before issue costs. Arctic gold has received further analysis from the drillings in Bidjovagge. This time gold and copper grades in two drill holes drilled south of the previously known ore bodies D-malmen and Gerd are reported. Arctic Gold has now obtained high grades of copper as well in Bidjovagge.  It was previously reported that a rich gold mineralization had been encountered extending over 22.75 m with 2.59 g/t gold of which 8.8 m with 4.14 g/t in Bidjovagge. Arctic Gold has encountered a rich mineralization over 22.75 m with 2.59 g/t gold of which 8.8 m with 4.14 g/t in Bidjovagge.The rich gold section was found in drill hole 11-0016, which was drilled for the purpose of following up on the rich copper and gold mineralization found by IGE Nordic when drilling in the area in 2008. The copper analyses have not yet been received but are expected shortly. Arctic Gold AB (ARCT): Increased mineral resources in Bidjovagge.

An increase in the mineral resource in Bidjovagge by 10 % has been shown through an updated report from Outotec. The estimation shows 1.53 million tons indicated resource with 2.58 g/t gold and 1.20 % copper and 30,000 tons of inferred resource with 2.2 g/t gold and 1.1 % copper. The resource refers to resources on location in the bedrock at a cut-off of 2.0 g/t of gold.  The complete report carried out by Outotec according to JORC standard gives the tonnage as well as grades also at a cut off of 1.0 g/t gold.
