Fitness Resolutions 101
For all of us fitness resolution makers it is the perfect time to make this year work. What more of a sign do we need than the first day of the New Year falling on a Friday which at Boca Grove is “Fit Friday”! So with that in mind here is a little help and advice from our Fitness Director David Schlueter on how to make those fitness resolutions stick all year through. 1. Make short term goals for your long term ones! Take your goal for the year and break it down in to smaller goals.
