The credit rating agency Moody's Investors Service affirms Rikshem's long-term credit rating A3 with a stable outlook."As a basis for the strong rating A3 with a stable outlook, Moody's highlights Rikshem's good quality of residential and community service properties, good rental growth, good access to bank and bond financing, a strong liquidity profile and strong support from the owners. Rikshem has raised a ten- year loan and has issued its first Japanese yen bond

Rikshem has raised a loan of SEK 844 million from Niam Credit. The loan, which is secured by mortgage deeds, has a maturity of 10 years, and will be disbursed before year end.Also, during the fourth quarter, Rikshem issued a bond in Japanese yen for the first time. New Member of Rikshem's Board of Directors

Frida Olsson was elected as new board member at Rikshem AB (publ) at the company's extraordinary general meeting of December 1, 2023.Frida Olsson replaces Andreas Jensen, who is stepping down as board member when he leaves his position at the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund (AP4). Frida Olsson was born in 1988 and has a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from Karlstad University and a master's degree in urban planning from KTH. She currently works as a portfolio manager at the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund and is also a board member at Svenska Handelsfastigheter.

Rikshem’s year-end report 2022: Stable net operating income and reduced vacancies

Rikshem increased rental income by 3.5 percent to MSEK 3,169 (3,062). Net operating income amounted to MSEK 1,760 (1,768), a stable level despite major cost increases, mainly related to electricity and heating.–        We are leaving behind an unusual year in which war in our immediate area, high inflation and rising interest rates have had a major impact on society. This has of course affected Rikshem but at the same time, Rikshem has seen positive development in the areas we set out to make progress. Revenues for the full year are increasing and we continue to reduce our vacancies.
