On October 26, 2023, the exercise period for Carbiotix AB's ("Carbiotix" or "Company") warrants of series TO 2 ("TO 2") ended. No warrants were exercised. The background to the lack of interest is deemed to be that the price for exercise of warrants of series TO 2 during the exercise period has exceeded the prevailing share price.During the exercise period from and including October 12, 2023, up to and including October 26, 2023, holders of warrants of series TO 2 have had the right to subscribe for one (1) new share in Carbiotix for each warrant of series TO 2 at a price of SEK1.50 per
