In two separate deals, Corem has signed agreements for the sale of 19 properties at an underlying property value of SEK 768 million, which is in line with book value.   In Huddinge, the property Ellipsen 5 is sold and in Linköping the leaseholds to the properties Magneten 2 and Megafonen 4 are sold.
