Vestas wins 76 MW order in Italy

News release from Vestas MediterraneanMadrid, 29 September 2023 Vestas has received a 76 MW order for a wind park in Italy. The contract includes the supply and installation of 18 V150-4.2 MW wind turbines, as well as a 10-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement. The project and customer are undisclosed. Turbine delivery is expected for the first quarter of 2024 whilst commissioning is planed for the fourth quarter of 2024. The order also reinforces Vestas’ leadership in the country’s wind energy sector, where it has installed over 5.1 GW since 1991.

SREP 2023 decision

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (“SFSA”) has informed the Bank of its decision on the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (“SREP”) 2023, which applies from 29 September 2023.The total effect of the decision implies small changes to the nominal capital requirement compared to the previous year. The capital and liquidity requirements are unchanged compared to the preliminary decision, for which Swedbank published a press release on 1 July 2023.
