Veidekke ASA: To build Majorstuhjemmene nursing home in Oslo
Veidekke has entered into a contract with Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF to demolish the existing structures and erect the new, environmentally-certified Majorstuhjemmene nursing home with 120 places in central Oslo. The commission is a design and build contract valued NOK 608 million excluding VAT.The new Majorstuhjemmene will achieve the Breeam Excellent classification, and construction work will be carried out with a goal of an emission-free construction site.
