Initiation of share repurchase program

The Board of Directors of Atea ASA has resolved to initiate a share repurchase program. The share repurchase program is in accordance with the power of attorney granted to the Board by the Annual General Meeting of Atea ASA on April 25, 2024. The share repurchase program will be for a maximum consideration of NOK 120 million, and for a maximum of 650,000 shares. The program will commence on October 23, 2024 and continue until April 29, 2025 or until the maximum number of shares has been repurchased. Atea returned to sales and profit growth in Q3 2024, driven by new customer agreements and improving market conditions across most product categories. Gross sales increased by 5.4% to NOK 11.3 billion. Currency fluctuations had a positive impact of 4.9% on sales growth in Q3 2024. Total revenue (IFRS) grew by 3.1% to NOK 8.0 billion. Hardware revenue grew by 3.3%, software revenue increased by 12.3% and services revenue by 1.4% from last year. Catena Media announces preliminary earnings and non-cash impairment charge

Catena Media plc today announces preliminary financial results and a non-cash impairment for the third quarter of 2024. Preliminary figures for Q3 indicate that revenue will be between EUR 10.5-11.0m (15.9m). Total adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of EUR 1.0-1.5m (3.2m), corresponding to a margin of 10-14 percent (20).
