Decision from Swedbank’s Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 October 2021

It was decided at the General Meeting, in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, that a further ordinary dividend of SEK 7.30 per share is to be distributed to the shareholders. On 28 October, NIB published its interim financial report for January–September 2021.
