Lifco  has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the Italian company Astro S.r.l . The company is a niche manufacturer of professional, high-quality and recyclable polyethylene tanks.  In 2022, Astro reported net sales of approximately EUR 9.1 million.
